National Bike Week 9th – 13th June
Next week is National Bike Week! There are many benefits to travelling actively including exercise, mental health, saving money and helping the environment!
If your child owns a bike, why not try cycling to school one day? If you live too close to or too far from school to cycle, why not try swapping one of your other local journeys for cycling?
Here are some helpful videos to help build confidence when cycling with children:
- If you’re thinking about getting out on your bike but aren’t confident about cycling on the road, see How to cycle on the road with children | Cycling UK.
